Interested in running for regional office? Look no further. Here's what you should be prepared for with regard to applying, campaigning, serving in the position.

Thank you for your interest in serving as a Minn-Kota Regional Officer. The opportunity to serve the Minn-Kota Region is an incredible chance to travel, meet new people, and gain valuable leadership skills that will assist you as you continue your education and/or enter the work force.
The experience in an opportunity you do not want to miss as there are many benefits both personally and professionally. Past officers often speak to gaining lifelong friendships and leadership skills that they will take with them.
Running for a Regional Officer position is also rewarding in that you gain skills in speaking in front of others and organization while also meeting new people within your region.

How do I apply?
Step 1: Apply on our website
Fill out application and select a position for you / your chapter to serve.
Get signature on THIS FORM from Chapter Advisor and College President.
Submit online application by Friday, March 15 at 11:59PM CST.
Step 2: Campaign
Prepare a short speech for delivery at the 2019 Minn-Kota Regional Honors Institute & Annual Convention (Saturday, February 23) at Inver Hills Community College in Inver Grove Heights, MN. — an online component may be required if you are not able to attend the conference.
(Optional) Prepare display / campaign materials for Marketplace during the 2019 Minn-Kota Regional Honors Institute & Annual Convention.
Step 3: Serve as a Regional Officer
Fulfill duties of position. Read about your officer position in the Regional Handbook.
Set Goals as a Team to implement change across Minn-Kota
Represent your Chapter and members of Minn-Kota
Travel the Region
