Christine Grimstad

Christine Grimstad is a business student at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota. She plans to work in business management and eventually would like to operate her own business. Outside of school, Christine has a part-time job; and she likes to spend her free time outdoors.

What inspired Christine to become an active member of Phi Theta Kappa, was observing a friend grow more confident through her experience in PTK. Last semester, as Christine became more involved within the society, she felt a passion and drive in hosting events at school and working with her team. She was so passionate about it; she immersed herself in three committees, which were Leadership, Fellowship, and Finance. When Christine received the offer to become a regional officer, she accepted it with enthusiasm, knowing she would be working for PTK at a higher level. Christine believes it is an honor for her to serve as a Phi Theta Kappa Regional Officer. She wants to spread the word about the wonderful scholarships that PTK has available to students and to make them more aware of all the great personal development opportunities Phi Theta Kappa has to offer.
