Adam Dince - Minn-Kota Honors Institute Speaker



Meet Adam

Adam Dince is the Director of Digital Experiences @ Collegis Education and former Nevada/California Regional President of Phi Theta Kappa.

Prior to Collegis, Adam was Director of Digital Marketing at Arrowhead Holdings and Director of Earned Media at Deluxe. Prior to Deluxe, Adam was VP, Director of Search and Content Strategy at MRM-NYC, the full-service digital agency leg of McCann WorldGroup. In this role, he helped built regional centers of excellence, managed global search teams and strategies across some of the world’s most recognized brands.

In addition to his day job, Adam teaches digital marketing classes at the University of St. Thomas, the University of Wisconsin/Milwaukke and River Falls, and sits on the Digital Marketing Technology Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Adam has over sixteen years of internet marketing experienc.

Adam has worked with clients such as ExxonMobil, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, General Mills, CSC, The United States Army, Verizon, Nestle, IHOP, The Fairmont Hotels, Lunesta and many other Fortune brands.

Adam received his BS in Business Information Systems from San Diego State University and his MBA in Integrated Marketing Communication from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Additionally, Adam co-wrote the organic search section of the book “Digital Impact: The Two Secrets to Online Marketing Success”, by Geoff Ramsey, CEO of eMarketer. And Adam’s book, “Hopeful to Hired<https://hopefultohired.com/>” was published and released November, 2016.

Adam has lived in a handful of places, most recently New York City, and now resides in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.

In his free time, Adam enjoys drumming, piano, concerts, writing, and hanging with his two dogs, Scrappy and Pappy.

In his keynote session, Adam Dince will share how Phi Theta Kappa changed his life and how he still uses his PTK experience to foster change in areas of his control. Adam will also share his insights about how Phi Theta Kappans are uniquely positioned to be change agents in their communities, relationships, and the larger world around them.
